That's the idea behind Sorry Bob, a physics-based surgery simulation where even grabbing a scalpel can become part of the challenge. Every operation asks you to complete a medical procedure, but awkward hand controls make simple tasks surprisingly difficult. Instead of rushing through levels, you'll spend most of your time learning how to move with precision while keeping your patient alive.

Every Operation Starts with a Plan

Before touching any tools, take a look at the objective. One patient may need a heart transplant, while another requires a completely different procedure. Knowing what comes next helps you avoid unnecessary movements, which is important because blood loss never stops during surgery.

The operating table is filled with instruments. Scalpels, saws, syringes, and other equipment are all within reach, but picking up the wrong one—or dropping the right one—can quickly turn a routine operation into a disaster.
